  • Custom stitching, Aari work, or embroidery orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and detailing involved.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within India, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping during promotional periods, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

  • Record a video while opening the package and contact us immediately.

Any claims regarding damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images or video evidence.
